Russia Launches Massive Missile Strike on Ukraine: 3 Dead

Russia intensified its offensive against Ukraine on Tuesday, launching a massive wave of strikes involving over 650 drones and approximately 40 missiles. The multi-pronged attack targeted 13 regions across the country, resulting in at least three civilian fatalities, including a four-year-old boy.
The strikes primarily aimed at Ukraine's energy infrastructure and residential areas. According to local authorities, the child was killed in the Zhytomyr region when missile debris struck a home. Other fatalities were reported in the Kyiv and Khmelnytskyi regions. The barrage led to emergency power shutdowns in multiple provinces as temperatures plummeted, leaving thousands without heating and electricity.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the attack, stating that such actions prove Russia is not committed to finding a peaceful resolution to the conflict. He emphasized that the global community must provide more air defense support to protect innocent lives and critical infrastructure from Russian aggression.
